Shedding Other People’s Problems Workshop

Overview
Leading isn’t easy. Leading in the modern, complex, hybrid organisation can be painfully difficult. You’re chasing after issues that have landed on your desk without any real reason. On the other side of that, your team aren’t performing to the standard you’re after but are unsure what to do about it.
Instead of focusing on managing other people’s problems, this workshop will focus on how you can identify the root causes of the problems and start to delegate, negotiate and eliminate the problems that get in the way of you achieving your potential. This means getting time back to focus on the things that matter most to you.
In this unique workshop, you’ll get your hands on the concepts, tools and practical takeaways we’ve used to coach hundreds of leaders on how to take back control of their day and remove other people’s problems.
The workshop is highly practical, hands-on and held in a unique warehouse studio outside the doldrums of a corporate training room.
