Our CEO & Executive Coach, Travis Thomas, has been coaching for more than a decade across organisations including Fortune 500, ASX 100, public sector and technology companies. He’s Executive and Organisational Coaching (EOC) certified in addition to possessing an MBA, GAICD, and BPsych. All of this means he deeply understands people, business and strategy.   • Initial 20-minute chat to assess your needs and ensure we’re a good fit for each other

  • Project scope & proposed approach to your goals defined and agreed

  • Action plan and goal setting with a completely customised action board focused on your unique needs

  • One-on-one coaching sessions with you every 2-4 weeks, as needed. Don’t worry, we don’t count minutes. It’s about quality and impact

  • Text-based nudges to help ensure we keep moving you towards your goals (opt.)

  • Regular, honest feedback delivered how and when you need it most. You’ll also get access to all of our tools to accelerate your leadership impact

  • Goals achieved and next step goals/needs identified for impact. Program close out when you’ve met your goals.
